CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Furnishka Tech Pvt Ltd, having its registered address at SEAT NO 1&2, ROW 5, HUSTLE HUB, H210, 3RD FLOOR, 36/5, SOMSUNDARPALLYA., HSR LAYOUT, BANGALORE, KA 560102 IN (“Furnishka”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/ website www.furnishka.com and/or www.furnishkawholesale.com (“Furnishka Platform”), through which it inter alia facilitates the sale of its products (“Products”) to the users of the Platform (“User” or “you” or “your”).
We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users beginning from placing an order to initiating a return. While transacting on the Furnishka Platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning the Product that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.
This cancellation, return and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Product cancellation, return and refund thereof.
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
1.1 By agreeing to use the Furnishka Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Furnishka Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Furnishka Platform.
1.2 Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for Products on the Furnishka Platform. Every time you wish to use the Furnishka Platform, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
- TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS
2.1. Cancellation of Products
(a) You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment of the Products being initiated. Orders cannot be cancelled once the Product has been shipped. You can check the status of your order (“placed” or “payment completed” or “goods packed” or “shipped” or “delivered” or “cancelled” or “refund initiated” or “refund completed”)
any cancellations due to payment failure will result into refund as per bank's policy. the refund will reflect in your account as per your payment mode policy. it will be released from payment gateway within 2 working days.
(b) In case you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the Products, you may cancel the placed purchase order by logging in the platform.
(c) On receipt of the cancellation, we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund for the Products within 7 (Seven) business days from the receipt of the cancellation request from you or pick up of the products, if applicable. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase. All refunds shall be subject to applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.
(d) The cancellation policies mentioned here do not apply to certain pin codes. To know the specific cancellation policy for your delivery location, please enter your pin code in the box provided on the Furnishka Platform.
(e) The Product specific cancellation policy will be mentioned on the product listing page. The cancellation policy for third party Products will be mentioned on such Product listing page.
2.2 Return of Products
While Furnishka's delivery team will do quality check for all Items, Buyer is still responsible for inspecting the Item's final quality once Item is delivered. Buyer can inform Furnishka about any problems associated with the condition of the Item within the Review Period that is defined as from the time Item is delivered until Furnishka's delivery persons leave the Buyer's residence. An Item may be rejected by Buyer only if the Item contains a Material Defect, defined to mean for purposes of these Terms any failure of an Item to conform materially with the description of the Item provided by Seller in the relevant Posting or any extra details informed by Furnishka representatives.
Furnishka issues a full refund for the following Material Defects: (1) Big cracks or tears of more than 10cm. (2) Unremovable stain of more than 5 cm (3) Worn out mattresses and sofas. (4) Broken wood. Furnishka does not issue refund for minor Material Defects such as but not limited to small scratch and washable stain.
Buyer agrees to waive any and all claims for chargebacks, reimbursements, Material Defects or transaction cancellations once the transaction is complete. If the Buyer brings a Material Defect to Furnishka's attention before the end of the Review Period and should Furnishka determine, in its sole discretion that it is a valid Material Defect, Furnishka will cancel the transaction and reimburse Buyer for the full amount of Any Proceeds and Fees paid for the relevant Item. Reimbursement will take 7 working days from the time the refund request is accepted. Furnishka will return the item to Seller and Seller shall pay Furnishka the delivery fee incurred in the transaction, as well as for the additional fee associated with returning the Item to Seller. If Furnishka determines in its sole discretion that defects reported by Buyer is not a valid Material Defect, the transaction will be deemed complete, Furnishka will transfer the Proceeds to Seller's account and Buyer will not have any further rights to reimbursement for any payments made for the item.
In the event of the purchase of set items such as mattress and bed frame, and only one of the Items has Material Defects and Buyer wish to keep the rest of the Items, Furnishka will provide a partial refund with final amount decided in Furnishka's sole discretion
