Multiplay Cutlery Holder/Caddy

1. You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment of the Products being initiated. Orders cannot be cancelled once the Product has been shipped.
2. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase, within 7 working days
3. You can inform us about any problems associated with the condition of the Item within 7 days (review Period) from the date of invoicing of the product
4. A Furnishka authorized personnel will inspect the products before the return pickup of products
5. Products should be returned in the same condition in which the delivery & product installation had happened.
6. After Successful pickup of the returned product and after verification at our facilities, the refund will be initiated to the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase.
7. For all return pickups a delivery fee of Rs. 800 or 2% of Product value, whichever is lower, will be applicable.

1. You will be provided with an estimated timeline for the delivery of the Product purchased from Furnishka
2. We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline with a maximum of 2 (two) attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you.
3. You need to provide additional details like landmarks, service lift availability, delivery restrictions, passageway/Doorway size limitations to our delivery team to ensure hassle free delivery.

1. 3-year domestic warranty against manufacturing defects.
2. No warranty on physical damage.
3. Hassle-free 7-day replacement policy on quality, no questions asked.
