x1. You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment of the Products being initiated. Orders cannot be cancelled once the Product has been shipped.
2. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase, within 7 working days

4. A Furnishka authorized personnel will inspect the products before the return pickup of products
5. Products should be returned in the same condition in which the delivery & product installation had happened.
6. After Successful pickup of the returned product and after verification at our facilities, the refund will be initiated to the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase.
7. For all return pickups a delivery fee of Rs. 800 or 2% of Product value, whichever is lower, will be applicable.
