Coverage :

The Samawi Teak Bed is warranted against manufacturing defects in its solid wood and plywood structural components, including hardware and termite resistance.
Joint stability and durability are ensured within acceptable tolerances.

Exclusions :

Surface damage to cane or wood caused by sharp objects is not covered.
Seasonal wood splits, visible joint lines, and grain variations up to 5 mm are natural characteristics and not defects.
Repairs conducted by third-party vendors void the warranty.
Damages from exposure to water, sunlight, or improper cleaning products are excluded.
